Lost and Found
For inquiries relating to lost and found please contact the Nishitetsu Customer Center on 0570-00-1010.
For lost and found on train/station:
Inquiries regarding lost and found items on the Nishitetsu Omuta Line can be made at the Nishitetsu Customer Center (0570-00-1010)
The items will be temporarily held at the administrating station, then will be handed over to the relevant
police station. When calling please state the date, the time and the bus (bus number, departing○○bound for
△△ etc) and the details of the lost property (name, color, pattern etc).
※ After being temporarily stored will be transferred to the administering police station.
- For other details regarding the handling of items please refer to the Nishitetsu Terms of Use (Train passenger and luggage management regulations). The Terms of Use are available at any station so please ask an attendant if you wish to see them.
For lost and found on buses:
Please call the Nishitetsu Customer Center (0570-00-1010) and confirm the administering bus depot of the bus you lost the items on. When calling please state the date, the time and the bus (bus number, departing○○bound for △△ etc) and the details of the lost property (name, color, pattern etc.)

Remembering the number of the bus will lead to speedy determination of the depot.
After being temporarily stored will be transferred to the administering police station. - Items will be stored for 1 to 4 days, then items which have received no inquiry will be transferred to the administering police station.
- In the case of items on Highway Buses, the operating bus company will store the items using the same procedures, then transfer them to the administering police station. (Some routes may be jointly operated with other companies.)

operational information inquiries, comments and requests. If you don’t know where to inquire, the Center can
advise you on where to contact. Feel free to call anytime. (Nimoca inquiries are taken at the nimoca Call Center.)

Inquiry offices can be found in both Fukuoka and Kitakyushu Cities. The offices provide information on routes, pocket timetables, Nishitetsu Group PR magazines etc.
